CERTIFICATE OF HONOUR

I certify on my honour that :

All compulsory tax declarations have been filed with the competent authorities. I will provide a valid Professional Liability Insurance Certificate before the registration deadline for applications, set for 30 June 2024. All the work / services will be carried out with employees declared under articles L.8211-1 et seq., L.3243-1 et seq. and R.1221-10 of the Labour Code in the framework of the contracts concluded with the Organiser. [acceptance confidential-OK “The structure hired on my behalf, will ensure that all employees or subcontractors of the above-mentioned structure, keep as “strictly confidential” all information relating to the Air Legend event or to its customers, through which it will be directly or indirectly put in contact within the framework of the contracts concluded with the Organiser.”] All safety standards relative to the regulations in force will be respected: certificate of conformity of the ballast and good assembly of the structure to be transmitted to the Organiser in view of the safety commission, scheduled for 13 September 2024.
