A400M tactical display
The A400M Atlas Tactical Presentation Team displays the expertise in transport aviation of the Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace. Tactical arrival, very short landing, very low altitude flight are presented. Since 2018, the pilots of the A400M Tactical Display Team have been showing to the general public the tactical performance and employment in war missions. During this thirteen-minute aerial demonstration, the A4000M Tactical Display team showcases a range of possible modes of action. These flight techniques are employed wherever the French and Allied forces are engaged, from the Sahel to the Levant.
Maximum payload in logistics flight: 35 tonnes
2 Tiger attack helicopters or 1 Caesar (17 t in battle order) or 2 VAB type vehicles with mortar, troops and their equipment or 9 pallets (NATO standard) or 116 paratroopers
